The next morning, I headed to my friend’s house, where his family greeted me warmly. The drive along Sheikh Zayed Road showcased a mix of modern skyscrapers and traditional souks, a perfect blend of old and new Dubai.

We then made our way to Palm Jumeirah, the remarkable palm-shaped island that stands as a testament to human ingenuity. The sight of Atlantis, The Palm rising against the turquoise waters was truly breathtaking. Walking along the waterfront, we enjoyed the refreshing sea breeze and the stunning views of the coastline.

For lunch, we stopped at a beachfront restaurant with a stunning view of the Arabian Gulf. Savoring fresh seafood and authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, we shared stories and laughter over delicious kebabs, hummus, and grilled fish.
