Visiting Vatican City was not just about exploring the world’s smallest country—it was about stepping into the spiritual and artistic heart of Christianity.
As we walked through its ancient walls, surrounded by masterpieces of faith and history, I felt a sense of awe unlike any other.
From the towering grandeur of St. Peter’s Basilica to the mesmerizing beauty of the Sistine Chapel, every corner of this sacred place told a story of devotion, artistry, and centuries of tradition.

While our only exposure to Vatican City is Dan brown’s angels and demons and the existence of pope. Standing there inside the Vatican City we were looking for the symbols of illuminati :) could not go inside because of the never ending mile long queue.
But the most unforgettable moment came when we had the rare privilege of seeing the Pope. Standing among thousands of pilgrims in St. Peter’s Square, the anticipation was electric. And then, there he was—Pope Francis, addressing the crowd with warmth and humility.
The atmosphere was filled with emotion, as people from all over the world gathered in unity, drawn by faith and the power of his presence. God bless the 300mm lens as I was able to take some closeup pictures of Pope giving his sermon..
After that we walked towards the Pantheon which was a long walk but on the way we had a hearty lunch of awesome spaghetti and some great house wine at a lively restaurant..
Vatican City was more than a destination; it was an experience of profound spirituality and artistic magnificence. Join me as I take you through this extraordinary journey, where history, faith, and an unforgettable papal encounter made for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
